Offering gentle movement experiences for the nourishing exploration of body, mind and spirit.
As a multidisciplinary artist and practitioner, I enjoy blending ritual, creativity, mindfulness and somatic movement practices into my teachings.
My yogic journey began during a tumultuous adolescence when I first sought solace for managing anxiety, depression and body dysmorphic disorder. At sixteen, I was introduced to the transformative power of yoga and meditation, igniting a twenty-year exploration of various styles, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, and Yin.
My practice has certainly evolved over the years, and I currently find a deep connection to building slower, gentle Yin & Restorative journeys for students that allow for the processing of grief and stuck energy. Other bodily explorations like pole dancing and strength training have continued to help me explore my body’s needs over the years and lean into the sensory experience of being in a body.
I am passionate about sharing these practices, and guiding you on a personal journey through yoga, somatic movement, and ritual influences while empowering you to explore the power of your own unique creativity.
I currently offer group classes as well as private sessions upon request.
I completed my 500 hour YTT under the teachings of Samarthya & Preetika Bhatnagar and draw inspiration from my teacher Linnea Solveig.

“My first yin yoga class with Ghost was an incredible experience. Her knowledge and guidance made the practice deeply impactful, and her soothing voice created a peaceful atmosphere that allowed me to relax on a whole new level. I felt a deep release of tension I didn’t know I was holding, and each pose was held with a mindful, meditative quality that left me feeling rejuvenated. I absolutely loved this class, and I can’t wait to take my next class!”

“Ghost's passion for spreading love and holding space manifests through their sacred container of yoga. Through their gentle cadence and go-at-your-own-pace style I was able to deeply relax and release tension I wasn't even aware I was holding in ny body. Ghost includes beautiful potent imagery and visualizations that are easy to dip into. They offer gentle options for tougher poses and provide a non-judgemental space. I highly recommend attending her classes and will absolutely be returning for more.”

"In my years of practicing yoga, I’ve had a variety of teachers and can honestly say that Ghost is one of the best. It was obvious from the start how in tune she is with her body and that, in turn, made me more in tune with mine. Her tone was very soothing and the session felt very restorative. She has a very intuitive way of teaching that really connects with me. I especially appreciated the use of self massage and focus on meditative imagery, which made it a unique experience that I will definitely be coming back for again."
