Join us for an intimate odyssey of the body and mind on Sunday, December 29th, 2024 from 6:45PM - 8PM.

In this class you will be prompted to journal on your experience of this past year and offered the opportunity to engage in a ritual of release through intentional movement, meditation, breath and magic. This meditative yin yoga practice will take you through the deep, dark wetness of the Earth seeking out nourishment from the soil and collaborating with fungi just as the roots of plants do. On this journey, the hope is that we might allow the Earth to assist us in further metabolizing our experiences in order to offer ourselves deeper into our wishes and desires for the coming year.

This practice will feature slower grounded movements, longer poses and is great for all experience levels. There will be sensory elements involved, please note in your purchase of class if you have any sensitivities.
